How to use up scraps to make a sweet tree

Many of us will have lots of scrap material and off cuts, so how about making a sweet Christmas tree.  This one is sewn onto white felt and is not quite finished -it needs a backing and maybe a hanging cord 💖

You can decorate as you wish with tiny pom poms, buttons and anything you have at hand.  There are dozens of similar trees on Pinterest to give you inspiration - have a go!

Big balls, small balls, fluffy balls!

Any bah humbugs leave now - you were warned!

Well it's finally arrived, yesterday myself and hubster put the tree's and decorations up.  It took us the best part of the day to finish, needless to say my back is now shot, but it was worth it.

We decided to have 2 tree's this year - in the same room - a bit too much?  Hey it's Christmas!!

We throw everything on the big tree...but the smaller one does have a black, red and white theme, and no tinsel!

Just because we love to be quirky, we have a Garfield and Shaun the Sheep on top, no fairies or stars - they are already on the tree!
