This is
what our lounge looks like L. After 2
years of putting up with a damp problem Mr P. finally had enough and pulled
down the offending walls!
Did a
damp proof course, sealed the brickwork and now we are waiting to do the last
bit of plastering and then painting.
Then new cupboards will be built and the TV will become part of the
wall.
Thank goodness for Elf Slippers to keep me warm in the chaos!!

ReplyDeleteMy dining/art room looks like that at the moment too, we have one corner that loves to be damp and it is highly annoying!! your's looks like it's had the right treatment, we damp proofed our front room a couple of years ago now it looks like we're going to have to do it in the dining/art room too!! Damn our old British houses lol ;o)
